As a tutor, I love to provide an environment for others to discover their self-confidence. I really enjoy watching my students finally understand tough academic concepts, and see their new understanding become their motivation to learn more. I also love working with others, so I'm driven to work in education. I enjoy tutoring because I can work one-on-one or in small groups with my students, enthusiastically cheering them on as they work hard and learn more. I also enjoy being forced to think on my feet. I will soon earn a bachelors degree in Bioengineering, with a focus on Biotechnology. I've received several awards for my work in school as well, and I have taken numerous difficult math and science classes, including upper-level calculus, chemistry (both general and organic), physics, biology, and humanities classes. My focus is on science, but I can tutor nearly any subject. I focus on teaching good study habits, which are applicable to all fields. When I'm not working as a tutor, I work hard on martial arts, and I play soccer. I've also been known to go to Bollywood dance classes, and I adore roller coasters. I also have a deep passion for travel, and I speak fluent Spanish and Hindi.
